Do you offer Interest Free Finance?

We do offer a interest free finance up to 12 months. This option is available for all goods for full RRP. Not available for specials and package deals pricing. The good thing of this option, you can take the goods straight home after finance has been approved.

Do you offer Lay-by?

We do offer Lay-by for a maximum period of 3 months. This option is available for all goods valued over $400 incl. GST, including specials and package deals pricing.

  • 30% minimum deposit
  • maximum period of 3 months
  • 3 x monthly installments
  • Goods need to be picked up 14 days after the 3 month period, starting from purchasing date. If the goods have not being picked up a storage fee of $2.50 incl. GST per day incurs
  • cancellation of lay-by’s only for goods (not including special orders). Cancellation of a lay-by incurs a fee, which is 30% off the purchasing price
  • Overdue payments, no less than 28 days, will result in the cancellation of the lay-by with a cancellation fee as above
  • goods will only be released after full amount has being paid

Can purchases being delivered or picked up later?

We offer to store purchased goods for up to 14 days, starting from purchasing date. Goods need to be delivered or picked up in the that period. If the goods have not being delivered or picked up after the 14 days a storage fee of $2.50 incl. GST per day incurs.

All our goods are assembled prior to delivery or pick up. We offer that goods can be still flat packed and wrapped, if requested. However, we do not take any responsibility for possible damage of the goods due to that we are not able to perform our quality control.

For health & safety reasons, a minimum of two people are required for pick ups.

What is your returns policy?

We do not accept returns for change of mind unless agreed to by us prior to purchase. We do accept returns if an item is not as specified according to our description or is faulty or inherently dangerous. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods to Suasana at their expense.

What are your delivery options?

The Suasana team can arrange delivery with a third party for you, or you are welcome to arrange your own delivery, Pick up from our warehouse or showroom is also an option.

Do you provide Interstate delivery?

We will send our furniture anywhere. We use a variety of different shipping companies. Please contact us for shipping costs to your area.

Do you provide qoutes?

We will provides quotes. Quotes a valid for a 3 month period starting from the quote day.
